There are several ways to get documentation to us. We use Google Drive as well as Receipt Bank, Hubdoc to make things easy for you. For Bank feeds, nowadays most banks partner with cloud accounting software to get your bank statement downloaded into your system with restricted login access. Apart from this we have pickup services currently only in the Kitchener/ Waterloo region.
Depending on the condition of your books, it could take as little as one week to set up your bookkeeping services online. If your books are not current, then we will need to organize them before we can proceed with the day-to-day work.
